TSMSS ~ My Life is in Your Hands

It's Then Sings My Soul Saturday when I link up with Amy of Signs, Miracles and Wonders.

I love Kathy Troccoli's voice and music. BTW, she's a Long Island gal too. I grew up with many Italian friends. :)

The Lord has been waking me up this past week to the song "My Life is in Your Hands". How perfect and comforting as I go through this season of challenges.

Life can be so good. Life can be so hard.
Never knowing what each day will bring to where you are.
Sometimes I forget and sometimes I can't see
That whatever comes my way You'll be with me.

My life is in Your hands.
My heart is in Your keeping.
I'm never without hope not when my future is with You.

My life is in Your hands and though I may not see clearly
I will lift my voice and sing cause your love does amazing things
Lord, I know, my life is in Your hands.
(refrain)

Nothing is for sure. Nothing is for keeps.
All I know is that Your love will live eternally.
So I will find my way, and I will find my peace
Knowing that You'll meet my every need.

When I'm at my weakest Lord, You carry me.
Then I become my strongest Lord in your hands.

My life is in Your hands and though I may not see clearly
I will lift my voice and sing cause your love does amazing things
Lord, I know, my life is in Your hands.
I trust You Lord, my life is in Your hands.

Did you hear the last line of this song?

I TRUST YOU LORD!

Believe me, I'm learning that this is so true. He is trustworthy, no matter what is going on in my life. And I'm so very thankful.

Blessings and love,

I love this song too Debbie, and Kathy Troccoli. Such a message and promise in those words.

Today, right now, our life is in His hands, as well as tomorrow and forever! Knowing Him is everything! ... and knowing you is one of the joys He's given to me.

Love & Hugs!

What beautiful words to be woken by each day! So peace and joy and comfort knowing everything is in His hands!

I praise God for the comfort He has given you through this song!

As we take each step to trust Him He shows Himself more faithful than we imagined - thus we take more steps towards Him - thus we live out a life in full obedience.

Obedience = love!

I love you Debbie!

Blessings Debbie...Ohhh yes LORD! Our lives are in Your hands!

I remember this from my Amy Grant days, listening to her and Kathy Troccoli. That is just so beautiful that God whispers and touches you each morning with the words of this song! What confirmation of His love and that you can TRUST Him. So much truth in just the opening lines...
so thankful that whether life is good or hard, He is with me and my heart is in His keeping.

This part lifts me:
When I'm at my weakest Lord, You carry me.Then I become my strongest Lord in your hands. My life is in Your hands and though I may not see clearly...

Thank Debbie for the song, your visit, and your sweet words.
Love ya' and sending up a prayer for you & yours,
Peggy

Oh this lyric is great. Thanks for sharing this song. The reminder that 'my life' Is in His hands was something that I needed right now. Sometimes circumstances get you down and you forget that He is there.
May your Saturday be filled with song.
Blessings,
Sherry

A great song and message...we are trusting God with a decision regarding our son's future. In fact, I just posted about it. This song goes with that decision very well!

No better place to be than in His hands. Oh that I had believed that in my youth; I'd have saved myself of bushel of grief!

I'm there now, and I can't imagine placing my trust in anything/anyone but Him.

Blessings,
Kathleen
