Are you living your life as a sprinter or a long distance runner?
You may think this doesn't apply to you if you're not a runner. However, I'm talking about our faith walk.

ReplyDeleteI was just thinking about you! I hope all is well! Thanks for popping by my blog today - I'm heading over to Laced with Grace now!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Joan
Wonderful article dear sister! I am realizing more and more that I'm not in a "sprint," but a "marathon." How I am so thankful that Jesus has run the race before me. I constantly need to remind myself that I must run it in HIS strength . . . not my own. Praying for you always.
ReplyDeleteLove and hugs,
Cherie
Hey Debbie, I still need your address to send you the lip balm. Thanks a bunch.

So true that our walk with God is a marathon, not a sprint.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder on perserverance.
blessings to you - Marsha
A great post on "Laced With Grace"! :)
ReplyDeleteThere is no doubt that our lives are fragile, and we are only here for a short time. I certainly don't want to live it with the wrong priorities but rather continue to develop a deeper relationship and "run" with Him. That's the only way to go the distance! :)
Blessings and hugs Debbie! :)
