It's Then Sings My Soul Saturday when I link up with Amy of Signs, Miracles and Wonders.
This week I chose the song "I Give You My Heart" as the words have such meaning for me. My desire is to trust God with all of my heart.
I hope you enjoy listening to the Oslo Gospel Choir sing it. My sweet blogging friend Sonja is attending her niece's wedding in Tromso, Norway. I've really missed her this week. We're both Norwegian and so she and Carol Joy have 'adopted' me as the third sister. They are so cute. You may know her from her blog bits & pieces...
Blessings and love,
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing! Sounds like you have such a wonderful friendship...how sweet is that!

ReplyDeleteThat was just beautiful, my friend. Love you ~
ReplyDeleteA lovely song indeed and the Oslo Gospel Choir is always worth listening to. They give very nice concerts in Oslo, especially around Christmas time. You know I know because I live there :-)
ReplyDeleteI love this song! I have something in my life right now where the Lord may be asking me to lay something down that is very close to my heart. I've wrestled with him for a couple of nights, and am finally at peace if it comes down to that. I give Him my heart. Everything else is just icing on the cake.
ReplyDeletePretty song. I am a little Norwegian. My great grandparents on my mother's side came from Norway.
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes right down to what it is we actually DO have to give, it's our heart. There's nothing else that belongs to us.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Kathleen
What a beautiful message. I love the last phrase, "Lord, have Your way with me."
