It's Five Minute Friday when I link up with Kate Motaung . Each week we are given a one word prompt. We have five minutes flat to write. Our word for today is KEEP . February is a special month for me. Yes, my birthday is the first day of the month but it's also Heart Month. It's the month when we draw attention to the fact that: The #1 killer of women is heart disease. It's often thought of as a men's disease but it's not. What feeds my soul? That is the question posed by Bonnie Gray of Faith Barista as she begins her Spiritual Whitespace book club. I've read her book Finding Spiritual Whitespace: Awakening Your Soul to Rest . It's the kind of book I will read and reread. All week I pondered this question in anticipation of this post.
