One thousand gifts and counting ... Every day on my way to work, I pass by a sign on the side of the road.  I've been curious to stop but it's too early since they don't open until 8 am. There are roses in a variety of colors.  You can cut them yourself and then wrap them in newspaper to take home. On Saturday, I made a special trip to stop by and say hello.  I spoke with Evan and he told me they can keep the roses growing and looking so pretty through the summer despite the Arizona heat.  He recommended bringing gloves when I came back to cut…
