I use a cup 1/2 of skim milk, one banana (for sweetness), 4 frozen strawberries, and a sprinkle of other assorted berries, and ice. Blend it all together and YUM! <br /><br />Thankfully I LOVE fruits and veggies! I feel sorry for those who don't.<br /><br />Have a blessed weekend Debbie. Stay cool!
