If You're Happy and You Know It

Each weekday morning the children in our Pre-K 3 class line up outside our classroom door and I lead them in this song.  You may be familiar with the words.

If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands (clap, clap)
If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands (clap, clap)
If you're happy and you know it then your face will surely show it
If you're happy and you know it clap your hands. (clap, clap)

We go on to the next next verses that include stomping our feet, shouting hooray and then doing all three.  By the time we're finished singing, most of the children are smiling.  It's a fun way to start our day.

Blessings and love,
