How Do You See Yourself?

How do you see yourself?  There's a way you can discover the answer to this question.  If we could listen in on your self-talk, what would we hear?

  • I am so scattered
  • I am unfocused
  • I am fat
  • I am ugly
  • I have no patience
  • I am depressed
  • I am lonely
This is just a list of possible things one might say in their head.

To continue reading head over to Laced with Grace.

Blessings and love,

  1. Debbie - always a good idea to check our self-talk. As they say, "Check yourself, before you wreck yourself." Yep.
    Have a great day.

  2. I've been guilty of negative self-talk lately and know I need to "reprogram" my thoughts. This is a timely post for me.

  3. Just left a comment over there, but forgot to click the fruit. Lost the comment. Anyway, Alicia Chole has us working on this very thing (self-talk) with our 7th year walk. Funny, I'm not always aware of the inner dialogue taking place; having to write it down in this note-taking week has really surprised me. I know it all comes back around to my God-concept and his concept of me.
