Then Sings My Soul Saturdays ~ Do Re Me

It's Saturday so this must be Then Sings My Soul Saturdays. You can link with other participating blogs on Amy's blog at Signs, Miracles and Wonders.

A friend of mine sent me this video that just warmed my heart.

Although it's not a so-called Christian song I love it and ...it made me smile.

And did you know that ...smiling is good for your health and your heart?

This was filmed at Antwerp's Central Station. Give it a few seconds at the beginning. It actually sets the tone for this amazing video!

Did you enjoy that? I loved watching the faces of the people as they stopped, listened and watched. Did you notice the smiles?

Maybe this is a lesson for us all. Stop and listen to the music! And why not join in the fun? Take time to smell the roses today!

  1. Debbie, that was so cool! I loved the way they planned it so that you never knew who might be a part of the "show" ... so neat!

  2. This is so sweet. Thoughts that go through my head when I watch this:

    1. We are all made to worship. ALL OF US.
    2. We all have that desire to express and shot for something greater.
    3. Even though this is not a Christian song, it shows the heart God says we have.

    Thanks for sharing this.

  5. There are several of those out there. One it Grand Central Station and a freeze one in a park in London. They are a lot of fun.

  7. How wonderful!

Musicals always bring a smile to peoples faces. I've seen this type of thing before - there is a movement called "spontaneous Musical theatre" - I have seen musical breakouts in the streets, in shopping centres and in public squares. It's a fantastic idea.

I think we need to bring back a little bit on magic and 'cheesiness' to our lives.
